THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA IS ORGANISING "STARTUP SPHERE" IN BENGALURU ON 27 TO 29th JUNE ,2024 AT KTPO.

 The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI),is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament.The Institute functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs,Government of India.The ICAI is one of the largest professional body of Chartered Accountants in the world.

About START UP SPHERE: is an inclusive program designed to unite the vibrant start up community,influential partners esteemed unicorns thought leading influencers, pioneering founders,astute investors,dynamic leaders and ambitious entrepreneurs for  an in -depth  discussions on various aspects of the startup landscape. Key focal points of the program include exploring governmental backing for start ups,diversifying funding channels such as revenue financing,debt options and hedging strategies.Emerging trends in start up ventures,the intricate dynamics of startup valuation,deciphering term sheets,share holders agreements and legal intricacies.

Startup Sphere offers a distinctive platform  for start ups to forge meaningful connections with peers,tap into the wisdom of industry stalwarts  and attract potential investors while staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the dynamic start up eco system. There will be 120 speakers who will address the participants. This is the second edition of Start up Sphere, the first one was held in Mumbai.
