medium for the conservation of natural resources. Speaking

REORGANISATION & INDEPENDENT SAFETY REGULATOR FOR RAILWAYS.

Reorganisation & setting up an Independent  Safety Regulator
is the need of the hour for Indian Railways.Even Niti Ayog,the 
Policy think Tank has also suggested the same.Even the Kakodkar
panel has also recommended the same.The Ministry of Railways
should take up immediately .May be, the Railways have problems 
of finance.They must think of out of the Box solutions as they 
have huge assets.Rakesh Mohan Committee to Bibek Debroy
committee has recommnded for reorganisation of Railways into 
separate companies which can compete with each other.Konkan
Railway Corporation is an ideal case to emulate as they have
achieved a net profit of Rs.102 crores for 2018-19.
