STERLITE POWER COMPLETES INDIA'S FIRST LIVE LINE RECONDUCTORING PROJECT.

Sterlite Power, a transmission company successfully completed India's first
live-line project in Bengaluru.The Company successfully undertook the  
reconductoring of a 66KV transmission line connecting to Bengaluru's 
Electronic City under live-line conditions.This project is first of its kind
in the country by doubling line's capacity with zero shut down thus causing
no disruption to power supply to the area & community.

BANK OF BARODA 2nd LARGEST PUBLIC SECTOR BANK POST MERGER.

The merger of Bangalore based Vijaya Bank & Dena Bank with
Bank of Baroda comes into effect from 1st April,2019.


This is the first three way consolidation of banks in India.With this
the combined entity Bank of Baroda will have 9500 branches,13,400 ATM's
85,000 employees serving 120 million+ customers with a business mix of 
Rs.15 lakh + crores.The bank plans to build upon the strengths of the three
banks,their synergies & scale up the operations with a wider customer base.
The top management of Bank Baroda mentioned that the employee interests
will be protected  & the best of HR practices adopted by each of the three
banks will be examined for adoption.

CADABAM GROUP SIGNS WITH UK's NORTHUMBERLAND,TYNE AND WEAR NHS.

Cadabam,a private provider of mental health  services based in Bengaluru
ties up with UK's Northumberland,Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust

aggregating up to Rs.4750 crores.

Bids open on March,18,2019 & Closes on March,20,2019.
