Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to 
activity that can have a negative effect on one's thoughts, behaviour ,feelings and
their physical well being. They may lose interest in 
activities which were once pleasurable.The people who are in  bad state of depression may even attempt to commit suicide.

How to avoid Depression: Have good circle of friends who are cheerful, and energetic. Engage yourself in some activities along with your professional activity. Avoid alcohol and smoking
which also causes depression.Have regular walking regime in the morning along 
with your friends,practice yoga, pranayama and meditation. View comedy clips in free time  and laugh loudly.
Some study says that using mobiles continuously and sitting in front of 
computers,laptops also cause depression.

GLOBAL FINANCIAL INTEGRITY (GFI) REPORT ON CHINA.
Chinese Economy Lost $3.79 Trillion in illicit financial outflows since 2000 
reveals new GFI Report.GFI's study raises serious questions about the stability
of the Chinese economy merely two weeks before the once- in- a- decade
leadership transition.

"I have studied the proceeds of crime,corruption and tax evasion for
decades,and the magnitude of illicit money flowing out of China is astonishing" 
said GFI Director Raymond Baker.
