13 primitive tribal groups who are found sprinkled all over the state.

Khandagiri & Udayagiri Caves of the 1st century B.C,the Dhauli rock
inscriptions of Asoka of the 3rd century B.C,the state also has the
Laxmaneswar group of temples of the 6th & 7th Century A.D.
Odisha has the unique distinction of having the famous Puri
Jagannath temple,annual Rath yatra which is very important
religious destination for Hindus.
The historic Kalinga war was fought by the side of the river Daya,
(kindness) which criss crosses near the city of Bubaneshwar. Thus,
