Addressing the young graduates, Mr.Rajeev Gowda advised them to "BE INNOVATIVE",
like Americans say,there is no Short Cuts and constantly invest in yourself.He further
added that they should expand their boundaries and not to be afraid of  failures and take
a vow to give back to the society for the betterment of the underprivileged.
