There is a move to shift the Biennial Aero Show from Bengaluru
to Lucknow.Bengaluru is hosting the Aero Show continuously for
22 years and Bengaluru has become a brand and an aviation hub
and India's pride.There is an argument that why should only
Bengaluru host the show & why not other centres too?. In the
world over,aviation shows are held only in a particular city as there
is infrastructure and the visitors are familiar with the city as they have
to the earlier shows.To cite an example the famous Farnborough
air show in UK which is held there since 1948.
Hence, Bengaluru is an ideal destination for the aero show and
it should remain as an ideal city to conduct aero show.
