42 nd REGIONAL CONFERENCE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES
HELD IN BENGALURU.

The Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of
India organised its 42nd Regional Conference of Company Secretaries in
Bengaluru from 14th July To 15th July,2017.The conference aimed to address 
the issues & offer solutions to ease the implementation of GST and also to throw
light on the advocacy skills & Courtroom Etiquette.

The conference was inaugurated by Mr.T.N.Manoharan,Chairman,Canara Bank
and Mr.Rostow Ravanan,CEO & Managing Director,Mindtree Ltd., delivered
the Keynote address.Mr.D.P.Nagendra Kumar,IRS,Principal Addl.Director General
of Central Excise & Mr.Rithvik Pandey,IAS,Commissioner of Commercial Taxes,
Karnataka also addressed the gathering of Professionals.

Both Mr.T.N.Manoharan & Mr. Rostow Ravanan addressed the professionals with
Wit & Humour about the challenges faced by the professionals & also explained in
detail about the changes needed & opportunities that lie ahead.
