                                 SUPREME COURT STRIKES DOWN SEC.66A OF
                                 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT.


         Supreme Court upholds Free speech online.  Sec.66A of I.T.Act  was sometimes
         misused by the government. It was an instrument to suppress free speech on 
         line.India being a young country, more and more young people use social media 
         actively,to interact and communicate their views & opinions .Now, that the
         Honourable supreme Court has struck down Sec.66A of the IT Act,there is more
         responssibility on the part of the people to be aware of what they say and what
         they communicate. Freedom of speech is not absolute,it comes with more
         responssibility.
