A woman wearing blue jeans and red T shirt was seen walking along with the Indian Contingent just behind the flagbearer Sushil Kumar. She was not wearing any accreditation card and was neither a flower girl nor a petal carrier. Is this a major security lapse?The Chief De mission of Indian Contingent should send a strong letter to the organising committee and get a reply.
