KERALA TOURISM - THIRUVELLI & CHEKADI TRAILS OF RESPONSSIBLE TOURISM MISSION LAUNCHED.

As part of the "Life Experience Trails Kerala" project being implemented by the Kerala Responssible Tourism Mission Society of Kerala Tourism under the state government's 100 day action programme.Tourism Minister Mr.P.C.Vishnunadh,inaugurated the Trails along with official announcement of the government's "Brand Wayanad"project.He said this initiative aims at creating a responssible tourism culture without disturbing the local life & unique culture of the people of 

Wayanad.

13th edition of  KTM 2026 added momentum to Keralam's Tourism sector.The Four day event was marked by total of 58,000 B To B meetings were held during the four day event.The event also highlighted Keralam's continued leadership in Ayurveda & wellness tourism & other verticals where the state has made strides like adventure tourism. Mr.Sumit Kumar Thakur,Tourism,Addl.Director (General), Govt. of Keralam, addressed the valedictory session of KTM 2026.

Former KTM President,Mr.Najeeb thanked the entire KTM team for the successful conduct of the event.KTM President, Mr.Jose Pradeep,Presided over the session.

This edition of KTM was attended by more than 1500 buyers from India & Overseas besides delegates representing different segments of Tourism business. 380  international buyers which is all time All time high participated in the event. Representatives from 59 countries attended the event. USA recorded the highest participation with 38 representatives,followed by 35 from UK, Russia with 30 & the UAE 23. the exhibition featured 383 stalls representing tourism enterprises & 25 stalls of government institutions including Kerala Tourism,Tamilnadu Tourism & India Tourism.
