Ramaiah Memorial Hospital & Ramaiah Medical College is the epi center of medical innovation today with the inauguration of Worldwide Network for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (WBMT) Symposium on Cell Therapy- Bengaluru 2025.,a landmark global scientific convention focused on the future of cellular therapy(BMT & CART). Leading international experts converged for high impact discussions on CAR-T therapies and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) advancements. This Two day event was organised by the Ramaiah Bone Marrow Transplant & Cell Therapy Program- established in 2014 & was inaugurated by Mr.K.B. Sivakumar,IAS,Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare Services,Government of Karnataka . Others who participated are Dr.Nagendra Swamy,-Chief Executive- Ramaiah Memorial Hospital & Health care Services, & Dr.Damiano Rondelli,(Chicago-USA),President WBMT. The Symposium is attended by eminent Clinicians,Scientists,researchers and Global experts from USA,Europe,UK,Japan,Brazil,Australia & India to advance dialogue,innovation & collaboration in CAR-T Therapies,Hematopoietic cell transportation and cutting edge cellular therapies. WBMT President,Professor Damiano Rondelli said," This symposium is extremely important to the mission of WBMT to promote international collaboration education and increase capacity building in transplantation and cell therapy worldwide. Gathering speakers from this region of the world will impact access & quality of care for many patients in Asia".
