WHY INDIA IS NOT BUYING CRUDE OIL FOR STORAGE WHEN
THE OIL PRICES ARE AT THE LOWEST ?.

The Crude oil prices are at the lowest now. Our country imports about 85%
of our crude oil requirements.We have reserves of over $350 billions.
Why shouldn't our country buy crude oil now & store it in underground
storage for our requirements for a year atleast ?.
