Mr.S.K.Mittal has taken over as New Commissioner for rail safety for Southern Circle comprising of Southern Railway,South Western Railway and Bangalore Metro Railway.He is an officer of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) 1980 batch.He is a Civil engineering graduate from Punjab University.
