US NOT GOOD FOR EDUCATION-TOP INDIAN SCIENTIST.

Prof.CNR Rao,Chairman of Scientific Advisory Council to Prime Minister said that Just because Indian students are going abroad for education,it does not mean that they get good education. He further says that "America is not at all good for education". There are excellent institutions in India which are doing research.

The top scientist is worried that the country is not spending even 6% of GDP towards education. This should be a wake up call for the central government to take effective steps.
