The next edition of EMO will take place from 19th to 24 September,2011 in Hannover, Germany. according to all forecasts,the economic climate at the time of the show should be positive."International economic trends are decisive for EMO,as the leading global trade fair metalworking",says Dr.Wilfried Schafer,Executive Director of the German Machine Tool Builder's Association(VDW)-the organisation responssible for staging EMO, at a press conference.
After a sharp decline in 2009,the global economy already returned to growth in 2010 and made up for the drop in GDP. According to International economists,the upswing should continue in 2011.Asia was the growth engine that declined the least and recovered the fastest.This has also helped Europe and America move towards a strong recovery.

LIGHT COMBAT AIRCRAFT TEJAS
TEJAS has completed over 1500 flights. All targets of performance,avionics and weapon stores as agreed to by the IAF as the standard preparation of the first 20 aircrafts are being certified for initial operational clearance in the form of release to service certification.
Mr.A.K.Antony Union defence Minister handed over the "Release to service Certificate" to The Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal P.V.Naik.

china ,may not be participating in this year's Aero show which is slated to be the biggest in Asia.As india will be the major purchaser of fighter aircrafts for the Indian Airforce, there will be big participants in this Aero show.
The BBMP is taking steps to clear the eateries around the airbase to avoid bird hit as many sophisticated air machines will be on display. As the air show will be from 9AM to 6 PM, it is advisable if the authorities take steps to operate domestic flights from HAL airport during this period. However, the International flights can take off and land anytime after 6 PM from BIAL.
BANGALORE TO HOST IMTEX 2011.
INDIAN MACHINE TOOL MANUFACTURER'S ASSOCIATION(IMTMA) brings IMTEX 2011-an international exhibition on metal cutting machine tools and manufacturing solutions.
