TiE BANGALORE SURVEY FINDINGS ABOUT WHAT ENTREPRENEURS REALLY NEED TO SUCCEED IN FY'23.

 The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)is world's largest non profit organisation
for entrepreneurs founded in 1992. Acting as one stop Destination for 
Education,Mentoring,Funding,Networking & Incubation, TiE since 
its founding has done an exemplary liaison between aspiring entrepreneurs
and the entrepreneurial eco system.Since its founding in 1992,Tie  has 
expanded its presence to 14 countries & 62 chapters with more than 15,000
members & 3000 chapter members.TiE Bangalore was the first Chapter 
founded in 1999 outside of USA, and has played a pioneering role in
fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

TiE  Bangalore conducted in depth survey about what entrepreneurs  
really need to succeed in FY'23.The survey findings are as follows:

1.77% of entrepreneurs surveyed believe that networking is a major
   Challenge.

2.63% of respondents noted that they need to rapidly build their own 
   learning & internal capabilities.

3.56% of entrepreneurs cited finding & connecting with the right
   mentors as a challenge.

4. Interestingly,only 40% of entrepreneurs  surveyed shared that 
   they needed help in accessing the capital.

TiE Bangalore interviewed 200+ entrepreneurs across Bangalore 
Viz.Founders of early stage startups,D2C,Fintech,Health care,
manufacturing,gaming,Mobility,Agritech etc.Around 15% were
woman founders.TiE has mentored more than 25,000 startups
globally which have generated over 2.5 million jobs & USD 1 
Trillion + in wealth creation.

Mr.B.J.Arun,Chairman,TiE Global said," The Indian startup has
indeed taken off 42 startups becoming Unicorns in 2021 & another
13 turning Unicorns within the first three months  in 2022 ".


Mr.Madan Padaki, President TiE Bangalore said,"The survey has 
validated that the four Pillars of TiE i.e Networking.Mentoring,
Education & Incubation are as relevant today as before".
