POLITICAL OUTBURSTS IN THE HOUR OF CALAMITY.
Mr.Digvijay Singh,Congress General Secretary stated other day that Mr.Narendra
Modi said that he rescued 15,000 people when he visited Uttarakhand.To this comment,Mr.Rajnath Singh,President of BJP said that Mr.Narendra Modi never
claimed that he rescued any one and he confirmed it from Mr.Modi. Now,the
readers want to know who is telling the truth and who is telling a lie?.
But the need of the hour is effective coordinated evacuation operation and best
rehabilitation process thereafter.We wish that the politicians speak in one voice
and not to score brownie points for election purpose.

OIL MINISTER'S CHARGE AGAINST IMPORT LOBBY.
Recently Mr.Veerappa Moily,Minister for Petroleum said that the oil import lobby
is threatening every Petroleum Minister and he said that he cannot be threatened.
When the media asked former Minister Mr.Ram Naik,who was petroleum Minister
for 5 years in NDA government about this,he said,he was never threatened.We
wonder why the media did not follow up this story.If Mr.Moily's comments are
true ,the government must come out with clarification immediately.The rupee is
at all time low of Rs.60.70 .Will there be any link between the two as India is
the third biggest oil importer in the world.
We wish the media follow up the story and come out with the facts as the comments
are made by the senior cabinet minister of UPA.He is the man who call a spade
a spade.

WHAT A WEAK RUPEE MEANS FOR INDIAN CITIZENS.
The Rupee is weak and the Dollar is strong. If a tourist comes from America,he
carries his national currencyi.e Dollar.The US Dollar fetches him Rs.59.78,whereas
an Indian going to America carrying his national currency i.e Rupees has to pay Rs.59.78 toget get one US Dollar.What does this mean?. An American Tourist can
spend freely in India and enjoy a beautiful holiday in any place he wants, but an Indian Tourist visiting America has to calculate every rupee before
spending. This is what the true economy is about. This is what our governments from 1947 has done for the Indian Citizens.The present quote of the rupee
vis-a-vis the US Dollar is at the weakest level since independence.
I am waiting for a day when the US Dollar and the rupee quote the same,i.e one
Dollar for one rupee.. Is it a pipe dream? or asking for too much?

BJP'S CRISIS.
The patriarch of BJP Mr.L.K.Advani' s resignation from all the posts in BJP
is of course a serious concern within the party.The differences within the party
is part of internal democracy of the party. Maybe, the differences which were
there are now come to surface.This happens in every political party.I remember
in 1969,the Congress party faced the similar situation when Mr. Neelam Sanjiva
Reddy was to be nominated as Candidate for President's post from the Congress. Mr.Nijalingappa was the Congress President.Mrs.Indira Gandhi was
the Prime Minister then and she felt she was not consulted.The Congress divided
in the AICC session held in Lal Bagh in Bangalore and Two Congresses emerged,
i.e.Congress(O) & Congress (R).,Organisation & Ruling.The symbol of the
Congress then was Cow & Calf and later Congress became Congress(I).Many people
left congress party formed their own Congress like Late Mr. Jagjivan Ram forming
Congress for Democracy,Mr.H.N.Bahaguna forming his own party,Mr.Sharad Pawar
& Mr.Sangma forming the NCP.Earlier,in 1967,Mr. Charan Singh also left the
Congress party.Mr.G.K.Moopanar & Mr.Chidambaram,present Finance Minister left Congress & started Tamil Manila Congress. Ms.Mamata Banerjee left Congress & started TMC. After all this churning in the Congress party,the Congress party has
emerged Stronger.This type of churning took place even in Communist party which
is a strong cadre based party.Hence, what is happening in BJP is a big churning
and what emerges after this may be good for the country as it happened to the
Congress party.Let us wait and watch.

INDIA REQUIRES TOUGH,PERFORMING,AGGRESSIVE
LEADER.
What is the state of economy?.Rupee has become weak and no signs of becoming
strong for sometime.Petrol &,diesel to become more expensive,vegetable,oil &
cereals beyond the reach of common man.The GDP growth is 5% that means we
have gone back to 90's era.Somebody should be accountable for this downfall.The Prime Minister Who is a renowned economist must address the nation about the
state of Indian economy and what steps his government will take to bring back the
economy on the track ?. If he does not take the people of India into confidence, who will?. Will he do it?.

SWISS GROUP MOVES TO DEFEND BANKING SECRECY.
A group of right wing Swiss politicians launched a campaign to defend the country's
banking secrecy,which has come under international pressure amidst the fight
against tax evasion.The campaign coalition officially launched a drive to collect
signatures on putting the issue to referendum, another corner stone of the Alpine
country's system.Under the banner" yes to protecting Privacy",the coalition said,
the banking secrecy must be anchored in the Swiss constitution.

Mr.Narayana Murthy has been appointed as Executive Chairman and additional Director on the Board of Infosys from June,1,2013.
Mr.Murthy's appointment as Director would be placed for approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held on June,15,2013. His son Mr.Rohan Murthy will be part of his team as executive assistant .Mr.K.V.Kamath,veteran banker will continue as Director on the board of Infosys.
