TABLEZ SIGNS MASTER FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH
GRUPO CORTEFIEL.

Tablez,the brand retailing company & has recently introduced food brands
like Bllomsbury-the Boutique Cafe' and Artisan Bakery,Galitos-Flame Grilled
Chicken & Gold Stone etc,has signed with Grupo Cortefiel,one of Europe's 
leading fashion retailers.Together, they will bring two brands Springfiield-a
youth oriented casual fashion brand and Women's Secret-an inner wear,

swim wear and sleep wear brand to India.

This agreement plans to open 60 outlets in India over next 5 years. The first
store is slated to open in April,2017,in Bengaluru.Mr.Adeeb Ahmed,Managing
Director,Tablez,said,"The young demography of India & emergence of fast
fashion segment offers oppurtunity for rapid growth for both the brands".

Mr.Antonis Kyprianou,Group Franchise General Manager,Grupo Cortifiel ,said,
"It has been our long intention to enter the market in India,as it is one of the
important markets but at the same time challenging".
