SECOND TERM FOR RAGURAM RAJAN-RBI GOVERNOR.
The term of the Reserve Bank of India Governor ends in September.
There are speculations whether Mr.Rajan's term will be extended for
the second term.
Mr. Rajan's term should be extended for another term for atleast for
two years as the three year term is too short to achieve anything.He has
started well and hence he should be allowed to carry on to tame the
inflation. He may not have cut the interest rates as many times as
the industry wants him to do,he is on the right path as he is an Economist
who is respected by the global monetary authorities & Institutions.
