their voice back. Thanks to Dr.Vishal Rao-Head and Neck surgeon at

It is an artificial device made of silicone,that can help laryngectomised
patients to speak again.This device weighs about 25 gms and is 2.5cms
long and is called 'AUM" as that is the sound which first resonated
across the universe.The imported prosthesis currently available in the
market costs about $500.The new device costs less than a dollar and
is affordable.
