Godrej Properties Launches Godrej Gold County in Bengaluru.

Godrej Properties Limited,the real estate arm of the Godrej group,announced the launch of the its residential villa project,Godrej Gold County,at Tumkur Road,Bengaluru spread over 12 acres .This project will comprise 87 villas built over a total area of 2.8 lac Sq.ft.The designed villas range from 3303 sq.ft to 4113 sq.ft at prices starting from Rs.2 crores.

Godrej Gold County is designed on the principles of sustainability.The project will use eco friendly materials and integrate environment sensitive passive architectural solutions to minimise the carbon emission associated with the development.
